Order Status & GPU SHORTAGES

Last Updated: 09:00 30/6/2021

If you have an order in progress, currently we are delivering as usual but will have slightly longer production times due to high volumes of orders, around 20 days. We currently cannot complete any Fast Build orders inside the 5 working build time due to our current high volume of orders. Any order placed on Fast Build will have the amount paid for the service refunded. We have adequate stock (excluding specific graphics cards – see below) and our delivery company DPD is still operating a normal service.

For customers looking to place an order.  We have stock for most items and anticipate being able to receive new stock for most items. The UK supply chain is still able to deliver during this time.  Certain individual items may not be available but if this is the case, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Currently, we are seeing mass shortages across the entire range with NVIDIA and AMD GPUs. We are still receiving quantities of all NVIDIA and AMD GPUs but there may be queues and pre-orders that slow down your order being done. We are working closely with MSI to try and secure as much stock as we can to get every order out in a reasonable time. If you have any questions about how long your order may take please do not hesitate to get in contact and we will get you a good time frame as we can. We will try and make sure all GPUs are updated whether they are in stock or not on the website but this can change quickly.

We have closed the warehouse to the public, so collection will not be an available option during the government-mandated shutdown period.

DPD is operating a contact free delivery protocol.  The driver will ring on the door bell, leave the package and step at least 2 meters away.  Proof of delivery will be obtained by taking a photograph rather than a signature.  If you would like more information on how this will work, please go to the following DPD information page – https://www.dpd.co.uk/content/products_services/covid-19-updates.jsp

Most of our staff are working from home and there will be some disruption possible as we adjust to this.  However, we will be answering emails and phone calls during normal working hours as usual.  Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries.

Thank you for your custom and stay safe!9
