Intel Core i5-12400F 6 Core CPU (4.4GHz Boost,18MB Cache)

The Intel Core i5 12400F is a fantastic value processor that offers great performance.  This F version is supplied without integrated graphics, so requires a dedicated graphics card in your setup.  This does translate to slightly better thermal performance.  With stunning per-core performance, this will outperform most of the AMD offerings.  However, if multi-threaded applications are your priority, AMD still has a slight advantage at this price point.
