Questions about the new configurator
Can I save a build and come back to it?
You can now. Sign in, save the build, and it’s waiting for you next time you want to pick it up or change something. Every saved build has its own link too, so you can send it to us, or to whoever signs off the purchase order, and we’ll see exactly what you’ve specced.
What happens if I pick parts that don't fit?
You’ll know straight away. The rules engine checks each choice against the rest of the build and flags the clash: the option is disabled or warned against, the part causing it is named, and the stage you need to fix is highlighted. You can’t check out with a build that won’t work, and we never swap a part without you choosing it.
How long until my PC arrives?
10–20 days to build, then 24+ hours of thermal, stability and performance testing. Free DPD next-day delivery once it passes.
Can I talk to someone before I order?
Yes. Call us and one of the builders will spec it with you. Especially worth it for studio fleets and anything unusual.
