I ordered today, when will it be ready?
Build times vary, depending on the time of year. Normally a standard build is complete between 5-15 working days, dependent on testing. With an average of 10 working days or less. There is a fast build option of 5 working days also avaliable. (This is under the build options section, when you configure your PC).
Now it is ready, how long does delivery take?
Delivery is next day after arranging with you. When your PC is ready a staff member from Wired2Fire will call. An order is never sent without prior arrangement. So don’t worry, your order won’t arrive unannounced. We cannot arrange a delivery date until the system has passed the numerous stress tests we run it through. Once it has, we make the call.
Delivery day organised, what now?
You will get an email the day before delivery. This confirmation email will state your tracking number. On the day of delivery you will get a text message and an email with a 1 hour delivery window. This way you won’t have to wait around all day for delivery. The delivery window can only be provided on the morning of the delivery day.
Where can I have it delivered?
The order can only be delivered to the billing address of the credit/debit card you used to pay with. We deliver to the UK and Ireland only.
Which courier do we use?
We use DPD Local. They are reliable and handle the goods carefully. A computer is a fragile item. So we have developed a packing system of two boxes, internal inserts and plenty of padding. The (very large) box the PC arrives in, is full of padding so the PC is completely protected.
If I miss the delivery?
If you are not in for delivery DPD Local will put a card through your door. You can arrange to have the order delivered on a different day. Or take the card to the depot and collect the PC.
